Iceland Inspired
I was super inspired by the Glacier Beach I went to in Iceland. My first time back in the studio I tried to make something inspired by the color scheme of those beaches and the icy landscapes. Not exactly what I had planned, but cute all the same.

Cherry Blossom Bowls
I loved the white small bowls I made. However, I was warned about them exploding or breaking due to the clay in the sides. I want to make more of them, but will have to be careful. I love the weight in it and how it feels in my hand. Plus it looks so neat!

Christmas Flowers
This is another little set I ended up making for someone with my signature flowers. I loved the bowl I made! It's hard to get the glazing right for the flowers, since sometimes the colors become muddled.

Quick Project
I made these for my sister and mother as I knew they'd be super useful. I have a pair of them and used those as the inspirations. I want to make more, but haven't just yet.

Dog Bowls
My sister asked for some larger bowls for her apartment, so I made these based one her mini-Aussie. They have a brown cow print that matches her coat and the inside is based on her eye color.

Plate Set
I made sets of these plates for a few people for Christmas a couple years ago. The shape is my signature, and I usually mark the center with my guitar callus from my index finger.. Flowers are also becoming a signature for me on my work.

A Lovely Set
This was a cute set. I liked the shape of the plate and bowl for this little set, and ended up modeling a lot of plates and bowls after it.

First Crochet Project
I decided I wanted to take up crocheting, and ordered an easy kit to try. I made this little basket that I keep all my skincare in on my desk. Super cute!

Mug Man
I made a matching Ramen Bowl for this guy. I saw some of these going around on Instagram, so I thought I would try to make one. Both pieces also have a signature flower in the center.

Green and Flowers
I REALLY liked how the flowers on these came out. This was another set I ended up gifting to come close friends. I think the sunflower was my favorite.

Flower Mug Set
I loved this little set, but ended up giving these away to make room for more projects. It's hard to pick what I'm going to keep and what I want to give to others.

First Mug Attempt
Next, my goal was to master coffee mug shapes and handles. These were my first couple of attempts to do that. Still working on getting a larger size. I like bigger mugs, and it's hard to predict how much things will shrink after firing.

Some More Bowls
I was playing with different bowl shapes, since I was still getting the hang of throwing on the wheel. I then experimented with more flower shapes in the center. I aged the lavender one to my friend, and use the other two as candle holders.

Incense Corner
What became an attempt at making an incense plate and bowl combo quickly turned into a little incense corner. The larger bowl collects my ashes, and I keep some sticks in the shot glass. The plate usually holds money or something underneath the bowl as I burn the incense. It's cute little set that I'd like to perfect and sell.

Waiting to Be Glazed
My first sets of pottery projects were very experimental. I was trying all sorts of different things to get used to glazing and attempting cool stuff. Most of the plates and bowls I ended up making at first ended up under plants or filled with plants.

My first creations
I made these my first go around. I had no idea what I wanted to make or how I wanted tog laze them. This was all on-the-fly. I've definitely evolved from his era of experimenting.
