About the event
Today we are going to utilize blocks in different ways to explore our connection with the earth and deepen our practice. Blocks aren’t just for making posture easier, but to deepen posture and add intensity. Let’s find awareness in the body and how we connect with the earth. How does this exaggerate our grounding connection and our awareness?
Classes include 15 min of Breath work, 15 min Meditation. Open to all levels.
Classes will be up to 2-3 people, and sign ups will be first come first serve. Registration fee is $25 per person
