This week, we will be doing a full body reset in a restorative style for all classes. It's the first week of school for those that affects, but I know we are all feeling some lag from the summer heat. We're ready for Fall, ready for a change of pace, and in desperate need for some reprieve.

About the event
This week, we will be doing a full body reset in a restorative style for all classes. Classes will be up to 2-3 people, and sign ups will be first come first serve. Registration fee is $25 per person
