New Moon in Cancer Group Class

Cancer is represented by the crab. During this time we are reminded of the hard shell, but soft inside we all have. Cancer is a water sign embracing emotional connection and recognition. Cancer is the embodiment of the moon, and this New Moon cycle reminds us to let go of our emotions that we hold on to, and embrace all that comes our way. Cancer being the emotional center means it rules the heart and chest. Let's find some heart openers as we increase circulation through the body and care for our emotional and physical bodies.

All special event classes will be a blend of Hatha and Restorative classes. We will start with a warm-up, perform a strengthening flow, then cool it down with some restorative postures.

Registration Fee is $25 per person. Classes include 45 min yoga class, 15 min Meditation. Open to all levels.
