This is my calendar for August 2026!
There's a lot going on as we are entering this August. It's been a long, hot summer, and in Texas, it seems like it's only getting hotter. We long for the crisp air of Fall. We find our routines changing or in need of a refresh. Let's use the calendar to help find some synchronicity in what's going on around us, and find what is needed to refresh our minds & bodies.
I also recommend trying out Essence Massage and Day Spa's various Massage Services to help relieve tension and find a good reset in the body during this time!
