Here is my permanent class schedule. Please sign up beforehand, as class space is limited to 2-3 people per session. I will have to alter class schedules occasionally due to availability and special events. In those cases, please refer to weekly schedules I will post at the beginning of each month.

It's here! These classes will be for people who want the semi-private experience, but don't have a people available for a privatized lesson. I will be offereing hatha and restorative versions of each class, and special events classes. I'll also have Meditation & Breathing workshops available, for those who only want the stillness, and not the movement aspects of yoga.
