This week we have a Full Sturgeon Moon in Pisces! Pisces is a Water sign ruled by Neptune. Represented by two fish, we know pisces to signify empathy, connection to our emotions and spirituality, and imagination. During this time, we are absorbing the world around us, and taking it to heart. We may find ourselves in introspection as we reconsider what things are important to us, and where we need to find connection. Pisces rules the feet, toes and lymphatic system. Let’s churn our body through twists and stretch the feet!

It gets its name from the giant lake sturgeon most easily caught during this late-summer period. It’s a time where we gather supplies and prepare for the Harvesting season that is coming soon. It’s seen as an optimal time for community connection, shedding old habits, and shifting focus toward growth and positive change.
